To create a best-in-class twin AI of Marshall Goldsmith with the aim to help successful people get better.
This was a short sprint to release the Beta version of the bot, where we received a list of feature sets from the development team.
How did we solve it?
Considering it is a chatbot and we had a 2 week timeline, the UI was kept very simple and we spent more time thinking about - How the features could be developed based on the user experience and also be responsive for both desktop as well as mobile. We used the following approach:

My role and learnings
Considering this was a 2 week sprint, I was the liaison between my two UI/UX designers, Head of Product development and the Engineering team to:
1. Ensure clarity in our role as the design team
2. Articulate specific deliverables
3. Create space for the designers to think creatively, make at least two iterations and put the best one forward.
My almost immediate learning on this project was to map the feature sets provided by the development team to the user experience and align the timeline for the deliverables accordingly. This helped the UI/UX designers thing of the interaction of the features via the journey instead of individual deliverables (of logout icon, landing pages UI, Chatbot interaction etc)
